for

Learn the basics privately first, then walk into class already knowing what you’re doing.

Chasing a fitness goal

Weight loss, strength or simply getting fit again, with sessions built around your goal and someone expecting you each week.

Sharpening your technique

Members and fighters who want detail a group class can’t give: one coach, watching every rep.

Short on time

Can’t make the class times? Book a session that fits your week.

Alone vs. coached

Training on your own

  • Nobody checks your form, so bad habits stick
  • Easy to skip a session when no one’s waiting
  • Same workout, same plateau

With a Noble Fight coach

  • Technique corrected as you go
  • A plan built around your goal
  • Someone in your corner who expects you back

PT
questions

Do I need to be a gym member?

No. Personal training is open to members and the general public.

I’ve never done kickboxing. Is PT a good place to start?

Yes. A private session is the most comfortable way to learn the fundamentals, and plenty of people use it before joining Basics.

Can personal training help me lose weight?

Kickboxing-based sessions combine skill work with hard conditioning, and the accountability of a booked session helps you stay consistent, which is what drives results.

How much does it cost?

[PT RATE] per [SESSION LENGTH] session. Group class memberships start at $25 a week. See all prices.
