Three
values

Everything that happens in the gym is built on Courage, Honor and Fraternity. Each one builds on the last.

Courage

Inwards · Emotions, the body · Gratitude for myself

Courage is the foundation for all growth and change. By pushing through the resistance to training, with our partners encouraging us, we learn we have the mental and emotional resources to reach difficult goals. That changes how we see ourselves. We become emotionally resilient, able to steady ourselves in hard moments and keep going.

Honor

Upwards · The mind, self-discipline · Gratitude for my higher purpose

Becoming an honorable person is worth more than anything else in life. Through focus and self-discipline we learn to pay attention and stay present, to notice when we’re living in line with our purpose and when we’re missing the mark. Training the mind this way is how we learn to live with Honor.

Fraternity

Outwards · Each other, our community · Gratitude for everyone in my life

With courage inside and a purpose above, we can serve the people around us. Fraternity means family through brotherhood: the loved ones of my brothers are my loved ones. It isn’t gendered and includes men and women equally. We look after our own wellbeing first, then those closest to us, then everyone beyond.

No one can create such a positive and safe environment like these guys. Great place to get fit and strong, away from the noise.
