What a day
looks like

Not another week on a screen. Every day mixes hard training with play, making things and sitting down to a meal together.

01

Training

Kickboxing and Muay Thai skills, pad work and fitness, coached properly and pitched at each child’s level.

02

Games

Active games that burn off energy and build teamwork, so the hard work stays fun.

03

Lunch together

The kids prepare the midday meal, eat it together and clean up after. Real jobs, shared responsibility.

04

Crafts

Hands-on making and activities, a calmer way to round off a big day.

They come home different

Training, cooking for the group and cleaning up together build confidence, capability and a sense that everyone pulls their weight. That’s our value of Fraternity, in practice.

  • Confidence from doing hard things with friends
  • Practical life skills in the kitchen
  • A sense of community and shared responsibility
